El Jardín Bilingual Parent Cooperative Preschool
Co-op members participate in their children’s preschool education in a program with play-based, integrated curriculum, and they also learn about child development, conflict resolution, parenting skills, community resources, nutrition, safety, and family well-being, while becoming more comfortable with and fluent in speaking Spanish and English. Parents participate one day a week in the preschool as co-teachers, attend one Thursday evening parenting class each month, assist with co-op business and activities including fundraising, and fulfill other assigned duties. El Jardín preescolar Bilingüe Cooperativo de Padres
Los miembros de la cooperativa participan en la educación preescolar de sus hijos en un programa con currículo integrado y basado en el juego, y también aprenden acerca del desarrollo de niños pequeños, resolución de conflictos, destrezas para padres, recursos comunitarios, nutrición, seguridad y bienestar familiar, mientras que tienen oportunidades para practicar inglés y español y así sentirse más confortables y hablarlos con más fluidez. Los padres participan un día por semana en el preescolar como asistentes de la maestray también asisten a una clase nocturna para padres cada mes, asisten con los negocios y actividades de la cooperativa, incluyendo recaudar fondos, y cumplen responsabilidades asignadas.
